护理急救技能培训方法及效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨护理急救技能培训方法及效果。方法回顾性分析和总结国内护理人员急救技能培训的对象、师资、内容、步骤和方式及培训效果的评价方法。结果护理急救培训可提高护理人员的救护能力,从而提高患者抢救率,降低死亡率。结论扩展培训对象、设置合理培训周期、采取多样化培训方式、建立最佳培训基地对进一步提高护理人员急救技能具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the training method and effect of emergency treatment skills.Methods Domestic literature was retrospectively reviewed to summarize the trainees,trainers,training contents,training procedures and methods,and assessing methods for training effect in China.Result Emergency nursing training helped to enhance the rescue ability of nurses,increase the rescue rate and lower the mortality.Conclusion Expansion of trainers,regulation of reasonable training cycle,adoption of varied training methods and establishment of best training bases are helpful for increasing the rescue ability of nurses.
