摘 要:目的比较传染病专科医院与综合医院护士在工作压力源、职业认同水平上的差异,为护理管理者和教育者提升护士职业认同水平提供指导和参考。方法采用护士职业认同量表与护士工作压力源量表,对天津市1所传染病专科医院、5所综合医院共87名护士进行问卷调查。结果传染病专科医院护士的工作压力高于综合医院护士,尤其在护理专业及工作方面、工作量及时间分配、工作环境及其资源、管理及人际关系4个因子方面(P均〈0.05);但与综合医院护士在职业认同各维度与量表总得分上的差异均无统计学意义;职业认同与工作压力源呈负相关。结论传染病专科医院护士工作压力高于综合医院护士,工作压力对职业认同有负性影响。Objective To compare the difference of job stressors and professional identification between nurses in infectious hospitals and general hospitals,in order to provide a reference for nursing managers and educators to improve nurses' professional identity. Methods A total of 37 nurses in an infectious hospital and 50 nurses in 5 general hospitals were investigated with Nursing Professional Identity Scale(NPIS) and Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire(NJSQ) in the cross-sectional descriptive survey. Results The nurses in an infectious hospital had higher scores in NJSQ total score and four factors of nursing specialty and work,work load and time distribution,environment and resources,and management and interpersonal relationship than the nurses in general hospitals(P0.05). There was no significant difference in the NPIS score between the nurses in the two kinds of hospitals(P0.05). Conclusion Job stressor is one of the influence factors of nurses' professional identity.
