论纪昀《阅微草堂笔记》的医学哲学思想

摘　　要：清代纪昀的《阅微草堂笔记》继承和吸收了古代医学哲学思想并且直接进行描述和阐发,但其本意并非宣扬医学哲学,作品用道德伦理对医学哲学进行改造,提升了医学哲学的人文精神。事实上,《阅微草堂笔记》讨论的是道德、伦理,有时无视客观性而将道德准则强加于医学,这就使有关医学哲学的论述显得牵强附会。There was more extensive description of medical philosophy and thinking in Ji＇s ＂Book Notes＂ in Qing Dynasty. In one hand, the Notes inherited and absorbed the philosophy of ancient medicine and directly put in the work of description and elucidation. More importantly, Ji Yun＇s intention was not to promote Philosophy of Medi- cine, but transformed the medical philosophy with moral and ethical philosophy and enhanced the medical philosophy of hu- manism. Medical philosophy is actually a medical scientific and technological philosophy, and not as like the Notes which focus on moral and ethics. As a result, the author sometimes ignored the objectivity and imposed of moral norms on medicine.
