摘 要:通常人们主要强调医务人员的医德、品格对于构建医患信任的作用。面对今天我国的医患危机,公众对医疗制度和机构的信任远比对个体医生的信任要迫切,对医德的期望和医生的信任需要公平、可及、有效的医药卫生体制来保证。只有将制度改革与弘扬医德同时并重,才有利于构建医患互信与和谐。Trust between doctors and patients is an important ethical issue in medical ethics. For a long time, many experts emphasize medical staff's virtue is the leading factor to build the harmonious doctor--patient relationship. However, in the face of current doctor--patient crisis in China, the author holds that institutional trust between the public and medical system as well as hospitals is more urgent than interpersonal trust between individual patient and doctor. It would argue that the expectation of virtues of doctors can only be fulfilled within a fair, accessible, and effective healthcare system. On- ly attaching importance to both, can we develop and strengthen the trust and harmony between doctors and patients, the public and the medical institutes.
