加快民营科技企业发展的对策研究——基于云南的调研分析

摘　　要：对云南省各州市重点民营科技企业的问卷调查和实地调研发现“五难一差”是制约全省民营科技企业发展的主要问题。文章结合云南省情，从宏观环境、金融体系、人才培养与引进以及市场培育等角度，提出加快云南省民营科技企业发展的对策建议。Though survey and field research on private scientific and technological enterprises in Yunnan Province, the authors found that ＂five difficulties and one weakness＂ is the main problem which constrains the development of private scientific and technological enterprises. From the macro environment, financial system, personnel training and market development point of view, the authors put forward countermeasures for development of private scientific and technological enterprises in Yunnan province.
