血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶在急性胰腺炎中的应用

摘　　要：同时测定临床疑为急性胰腺炎的99例患者的淀粉酶、脂肪酶，运用统计学方法，分别计算出其灵敏度、特异度、准确度并比较。结果淀粉酶与脂肪酶联合测定的灵敏度、特异度、准确度，明显优于单独测定淀粉酶或脂肪酶。结论联合测定有利于实验室时AP的早期诊断。The serum amylase and lipase were detected simutaneonsly in 99 patients with acute pancreatitis, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were colculatcd and compared respectively. The results showed that sensitivity, specificity, accuracy about the joint determination of amylase and lipase were better than the separate determination of amylase or lipase, joint determination will be propitious to the early diagno- sis of AP in laboratory.
