摘　　要：由于社会变迁与教育改革等社会影响,导致职业学校德育教师的职业倦怠状况日益凸现。教师职业倦怠现象势必影响教育事业的健康发展和社会的良性循环。本文从职业学校德育教师自身寻找倦怠产生的原因及防御策略,以期有效地防范,缓解和消除职业学校德育教师的职业倦怠。The moral education teachers＇ burnout is affected by many factors,such as the social changes and education reforms. The moral education teachers ＇ job burnout in vocational school will definitely affect the healthy development for the education and the virtuous circle of the whole society. The defending strategies that the teachers are thinking about of their own can effectively help them out of the burnout.
