摘　　要：针对企业知识能力的评价问题,分析企业知识能力的评价维度,构建企业知识能力的评价指标体系,建立企业知识能力评价的物元模型,并结合实例运用可拓工程方法对企业知识能力进行评估与分析。通过研究,提出基础资源能力、知识运作能力、知识机制3个主要评价维度,设计15个指标的评价指标体系,构建企业知识能力的可拓综合评价模型,通过可拓综合评价能够得出待评企业知识能力的综合水平,并且可以反映待评企业的知识能力在不同维度上的竞争优势与差别。Analyze the assessment dimension of enterprise＇ s knowledge capability and build the evaluation index system in order to solve how to evaluate enterprise＇ s knowledge capability. Then build the matter element model and it is verified by an empirical case by using extension engineering method. Three main assessment dimensions are proposed, namely basic resource capability, knowledge operation capability and knowledge mechanism. An evaluation system involving fourteen indexes is designed. There is the foundation for the new comprehensive extension based evaluation model. Extension integration assessment can not only determine the quality of a- chievements and resulting competitive advantage of a given objective in the assessment area, but also show the level of competitive advantage and difference on different dimensions.
