摘  要:印度块菌(Tuber indicum Vittad.)是一种经济价值较高的菌根食用菌。对印度块菌与园叶杨(Populus bonatii Levl)合成菌根苗的技术进行了研究,结果显示,用印度块菌孢子液接种园叶杨树苗后,第1个月至第2个月可形成淡黄色、黄褐色外生菌根。外生菌根为单轴状、羽状和不规则分支状,单根菌根长0.3 mm^2 mm,直径为0.15 mm^0.3mm;平坦或从菌根延伸出外延菌丝,其外延菌丝为半透明,刚毛状、棉花状。菌根老化后变红褐或萎缩;外延菌丝呈透明、半透明、刚毛状、棉花状是印度块菌与园叶杨形成的菌根最重要的形态特征。Tuber indicum is a mycorrizal mushroom with high economic valuble. In this paper, the production technique for the mycorrhizal seeding of Populus bonatii with Tuber indicum was studied. The result showed that T. indicum formed bristle ectomycorrhizae on the rootlet tip with yellowish to yellowish brown on the P. bonati seeding in one to two months. Ectomycorrhizae were monopodial, pinnate or anomalous, 0.15 mm-0.3 mm in diameter and 0.3 mm^2 mm in length. The fungus mantle was mooth or with bristles, semi-transparent, extrametrical, flocculent. The aging mycorrhizae become russety, wilted and shrunken. The transparent, semitransparent, extrametrical, flocculent mycelial strands could be the most important morphological character of the mycorrhizae formed by T. indicum and P. bonatii.
