摘　　要：准确、精练、朴实、庄重是法律文书语体独具的特色。法律文书内部不同类别的文书表现不同的语体风格。其内部的一些细微的差异,如果把握不好,将导致法律文书语体应用的不规范,文章认为,司法演讲文书要体现情理交融的语体风格,司法公文要体现庄重规范的语体风格。The unique style of legal instruments is accurate,refined,simple,and solemn.There are different styles in different types of documents in legal instruments.If the slight distinction cannot be grasped well,the application of language style of legal instruments will be irregular.This article states that the language style of judicial speech documents should be reasonable and fair,while the language style of judicial documents should be dignified and standard.
