摘　　要：《合同法解释(二)》第二十六条关于情势变更规则的规定,突出了其非不可抗力性的特点。文章通过对不可抗力与情势变更的概念及其规则的比较,以及对该司法解释条文的解读,认为因不可抗力影响导致合同履行艰难的情形,应当适用情势变更规则。The stimulation on changed circumstances rule in No.26 of ＂Interpretation of Contract Law（2）＂ highlights its character of being not force majeure.The article points out that the situation of being hard to perform the contract because of force majeure should be applied with changed circumstances rule through comparing the concept and rules of force majeure and changed circumstances,and explaining the judicial interpretation of the provisions.
