6种环氧树脂强化代型的抗折试验研究

摘　　要：目的比较6种环氧树脂强化代型的抗折强度,为各种冠桥的体外试验奠定基础。方法制备环氧树脂EP-400(代型Ⅰ)、环氧树脂EP-400+质量分数20%的120目石英砂(代型Ⅱ)、环氧树脂EP-400+玻璃纤维无捻粗纱(5束浸胶,代型Ⅲ)、环氧树脂EP-400+石墨碳纤维(2束浸胶,代型Ⅳ)、环氧树脂EP-400+石墨碳纤维(5束浸胶,代型Ⅴ)、环氧树脂EP-400+石墨碳纤维(5束干胶,代型Ⅵ)。将每个代型固定于电子万能测试仪上进行断裂试验,对其断裂力值进行统计学分析。结果代型Ⅰ与Ⅱ、Ⅲ与Ⅳ、Ⅴ与Ⅵ的断裂力值依次增大(P<0.001),代型Ⅰ与Ⅱ、Ⅲ与Ⅳ、Ⅴ与Ⅵ的断裂力值间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组间的力值差别则有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扫描电镜下,代型Ⅴ的石墨碳纤维与环氧树脂结合紧密,性能最好。结论石墨碳纤维(5束浸胶)改进型环氧树脂代型的抗折性能良好,可满足各种冠桥体外试验的需要。Objective To compare the fracture strength of six kinds reinforced epoxy resin dies.Methods Six kinds of epoxy resin dies were prepared：Epoxy resin EP-400（dieⅠ）,epoxy resin EP-400＋20%120 grit quartz sand（dieⅡ）,epoxy resin EP-400＋glass fiber（5 dipping bundles,dieⅢ）,epoxy resin EP-400＋graphite carbon fiber（2 dipping bundles,dieⅣ）,epoxy resin EP-400＋graphite carbon fiber（5 dipping bundles,dieⅤ）,epoxy resin EP-400＋graphite carbon fiber（5 dry bundles,dieⅥ）.All dies were loaded until failure using the WD-5A universal testing machine.Any difference among groups was tested for significance with One-Way ANOVA.Results It was ascendent for the fracture strength of die andⅡ,dieⅢandⅣ,dieⅤandⅥ（P0.001）.There were statistical differences（P0.05）between any two kinds dies except for dieⅠandⅡ,dieⅢandⅣ,die ⅤandⅥ（P0.05）.DieⅤshowed best properties in six kinds dies by scanning electron microscope.Conclusion The epoxy resin die reinforced with graphite carbon fiber（5 dipping bundles）has excellent properties of fracture resistance and it can meet the needs of fracture testing of various crowns and fixed partial denture in vitro study.
