摘　　要：唇腭裂患者的口腔健康状况为近年来的研究热点之一。大量调查表明,唇腭裂患者是龋病和牙周组织疾病的易患人群。其龋病和牙周组织疾病的发生与外科手术、解剖因素、唇腭裂类型因素等密切相关。不同唇腭裂类型的患者口腔卫生状况不一致,不同国家地区的唇腭裂患者的口腔卫生状况也不尽相同。本文就唇腭裂患者的龋病流行特征、牙周疾病特征和口腔卫生状况等研究进展作一综述。The oral health status of oral clefts has become a hot research spot in recent years.The survey shows that patients with oral clefts remain in the high-risk group for dental caries and periodontal disease.Surgical interventions combined anatomical defects,and cleft status was major factors for dental caries and periodontal disease in patients with oral clefts.For the past few years,significant difference was found in oral hygiene among different cleft types and in different countries of the cleft subjects.The studies of the caries prevalence,periodontal disease,influencing factors and oral hygiene of patients with oral clefts were summarized.
