摘 要:自锁托槽自问世以来不断改进发展,代表了直丝弓矫治器的发展方向。自锁托槽通过闭锁结构替代了传统托槽橡皮圈或结扎丝对弓丝的结扎,根据其对弓丝的加力方式主要分为主动自锁托槽与被动自锁托槽。因自锁托槽无需结扎,临床操作方便、快捷,节省椅旁工作时间,摩擦力低,在正畸临床应用中日趋广泛,本文就自锁托槽临床应用中矫治力的选择、矫治时间、矫治效果、对牙齿位置的控制、舒适度以及口腔卫生维护等方面的最新研究进展作一综述,以期对正畸临床治疗提供参考。Self-ligating brackets have developed rapidly and represent the development orientation of straight wire appliance.These bracket systems have a built-in mechanism to close off the edgewise slot,which avoid the need for elastomerics or steel ties.There are two types of self-ligating brackets.One is labeled as active that presses against the archwire,the other is labeled as passive that does not actively press against the archwire.Self-ligating systems were widely used in orthodontic treatment.Because self-ligating brackets make the operate easier,reduce the chair-side time and produce lower friction by obviating ligation.This paper summarized the current studies about the choice of orthodontic force,the treatment time,the treatment efficiency,the control of teeth position,the perception of comfort and the oral hygiene of self-ligating brackets orthodontic treatment.We hope to provide theoretical basis for orthodontic clinical treatment.
