摘  要:针对直线电机在数控机床应用时提出的越来越高的动态性能要求,将快速响应作为永磁直线同步电机设计的目标。综合永磁直线同步电机的定位力、电感、推力特性的规律,建立动态性能的分析模型,得出了影响速度响应的3个关键参数:永磁体厚度、气隙长度和线圈匝数,并逐个分析了这3个参数影响速度响应的规律。提出将速度响应和推力波动综合优化,建立综合优化目标函数,按照权重系数的不同分析方案的特点,得到速度响应快、推力波动小的设计方案。通过实验和仿真证明了理论的正确性。For the higher requirement for dynamic performance of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSM) which are widely used on the CNC, it needs to set velocity response as design objective for PMLSM. On the basis of analysis of detent force, inductance and thrust characterises, a dynamic characteristics analytic model is suggested. The velocity response curves are analyzed. The length of magnets, air gap and turns per coil are the key factors to the velocity response. Then a new integrated optimization is used as objective function, which not only includes velocity response, but also includes thrust ripple. The best scheme is picked up from four plans with different weighting coefficient. Finally, it has been testified by finite element simulation and relevant experiments to be correct in theoretical calculation and conclusion.
