摘 要:在整体尺寸受限的大载荷运输场合,为提高直线感应电动机的功率密度和推力密度,电机需要运行在大电流(10 kA以上)工况,此时电机铁心处于饱和状态。对铁心饱和直线感应电动机的模型进行了理论分析,并利用试验摸索了铁心饱和规律,得到了铁心饱和程度随电流增大而增加,随转差频率增大而减弱的结论。在铁心饱和规律的基础上,利用最小二乘法分别基于实测电磁推力频率曲线和端口电压实测曲线对不同饱和工况下的激磁电感和定子漏感进行辨识。上述规律的正确性、参数辨识方法的可行性及精度通过峰值功率为100 MW、最大出力为400 kN的大功率直线感应电动机实验系统进行了验证,为铁心饱和直线感应电动机的模型和参数的精确获取提供了参考。In order to improve the power density and thrust density of the linear induction motors (LIMs) in the situation that dimension of them is restricted. LIMs are designed to run in the large current (above 10kA), which lead the iron saturated. In this paper, modeling of the LIMs was analyzed and law of the iron saturation was obtained from test data. It indicated that the iron was easily become saturated when current increased and slip frequency decreased. Based on the test curve of thrust vs. frequency and voltage vs. frequency, parameters regression was present to acquire more accurate parameters. Results of theory analysis and parameters regression, which were validated by test data from the long primary LIMs system capable of producing 400kN of force, operating at the 100MW peak power level, could be the reference for accurate description of the motor model and parameter measurement.
