摘　　要：地面气象测报业务计算机24 h运行,不间断地采集、处理、储存和传输数据。为了更好地使用测报业务计算机,最大限度地减少计算机因长时间运行和突发事件给测报质量带来负面影响,提高测报质量和延长电脑使用寿命,作者从计算机系统的硬件、软件、网络安全和日常操作等方面的管理与维护方面进行初步的探讨,为做好地面测报业务工作和网络管理维护提供参考。The Ground Meteorological Forecast Computer System is running 24 hours every day to collecting,processing,storing and transmitting data.In order to minimize the malfunction,improve the forecast quality and extend the life of the computer system,this essay has some discussion on the management and maintenance of the hardware,software,network security and daily operation,which may give some help to people who are involved in related works.
