眼眶腺样囊性癌临床治疗分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解眼眶腺样囊性癌临床治疗情况。[方法]收集2003年1月～2010年12月期间在本院住院治疗的40例眼眶腺样囊性癌患者的的个人资料,对其进行回顾性分析。[结果]治疗以后,对40例患者进行随访:1年内患者情况良好者37例,死亡3例;2年后情况仍旧良好者30例,病情反复者6例,死亡4例;3年以后进行随访,20例情况仍旧良好。[结论]患者的病情、肿瘤细胞清除是否彻底、患者年龄、患者的体质、治疗方案的实施是否合理等均会影响眼眶腺样囊性癌的治疗效果。[Objective]To understand the treatment of orbital adenoid cystic carcinoma.[Methods]Collected personal information about the treatment of 40 cases of orbital adenoid cystic carcinoma in our hospital from 2000 January to 2010 December,carried on the review analysis on the personal information.[Results]After treatment for 1 year,40 patients were followed up：37 patients were in good condition,3 cases died;after treatment for 2 years,30 cases were in good condition,6 cases were recurrent disease,4 cases of death;after treatment for 3 years,20 cases were still in good condition.[Conclusion]The excision of tumor cells is complete or not,age,constitution,implementation of comprehensive program is reasonable or not and other factors could influence the treatment of orbital adenoid cystic carcinoma.
