摘　　要：从2008年开始,恩施州烟草公司通过大力实施"1135"工程,推进了"清江源"特色优质烟叶品牌的发展,完成了"清江源"项目的各项研究任务,实现了"清江源"烟叶品牌与重点卷烟品牌的对接。笔者在此介绍"1135"工程的内涵、实施意义及成效,以加深对"1135"工程的理解,为促进恩施州烟叶原料保障和技术创新上水平提供理论支撑和政策参考。Since 2008, Enshi tobacco company have being promoted development of ＂Qingjiang source＂ characteristic high-quality tobacco leaf brand, finished all research of ＂QingJiang source＂ project, established connection of ＂QingJiang source＂ brand and key cigarette brand by ＂1135＂ project. This paper introduced the connotation, significance and achievement of ＂1135＂project, so as to deepen the understanding of ＂1135＂ project and provide theoretical support and the policy reference for promoting the Enshi tobacco raw material security and technology innovation level.
