摘　　要：本文简介了MF2414B微波频率计数器的功能、特点和与传统微波频率计在使用方法上的差别,描述了利用VISA,在LabVIEW开发环境下设计脉冲串测量程序时应注意的问题,并以实例的形式进行讨论,对充分开发MF2414B测量功能提供了技术支持,对推动该仪器实现分布式自动测试具有广泛的借鉴价值和应用价值。The paper briefly introduces the function and character of the MF2414B microwave cymometer,and its differences with traditional microwave cymometer in application.The paper also takes an example to discuss some problems we should pay attention to in the design of the program by VISA in LabVIEW.The program designed in the paper is quite useful,it not only provide an important technical support in exploring functions of the MF2414B,but also supply an important reference to the distributed automatic testing.
