摘　　要：目的:对山东省医药卫生重点学科科研状况进行调查,分析其存在问题,为促进学科发展提供对策与建议。方法:采用定性与定量相结合的方法,运用Excel 2000对定量调查结果进行数据录入,通过SPSS 17.0进行统计分析;结果2000-2006年山东省医药卫生重点学科科研水平明显提高,学科间发展不平衡,学术队伍、学科发展方向与学科科研水平相关性较好,经费投入与科研水平的相关性一般。建议:加强学科管理,提高科技创新意识;瞄准学科前沿,提高科研水平,加强科研经费管理;科研水平与临床相结合,使科研更好地为临床服务。Objective： To survey the current situation of the research of medical and health key disciplines in Shandong province, and to analyze the problems, so as to put forward measures and suggestions to promote the academic development of the key disciplines. Method： Combine qualitative and quantitative methods, use Excel 2000 as the quantitative survey data entry, and perform statistical analysis by SPSS 17.0. Results： The research level of medical and health key disciplines in Shandong province from 2000 to 2006 was significantly improved, but the development is uneven among disciplines. Academic team, academic de- velopment and scientific research level have good correlation, funding and scientific research level have a moderate correlation. Recommendations： Strengthen discipline management, raise awareness of scientific and technological innovation, aim at the scien- tific research frontier, improve the level of scientific research, strengthen the fund management of scientific research, combine the scientific research and the clinical, to make the scientific research to better serve the clinical
