摘　　要：应用型人才培养是高等教育大众化的主要内容,也是社会生产的需求,是当今普通高校办学定位的选择。高校在应用型人才培养方面发挥了重要的作用,此外应用型人才培养需要多方面因素的配合,尤其是企业,它们从专业建设、师资培养、实习实训及资金设备等多个方面给予高校支持,因此应重视企业在应用型人才培养中的作用。The cultivation of applied talents,needed by social production,was the main content of higher education.Many universities play an important role in cultivation,and chose the cultivation of applied talents as their aims.But the cultivation of applied talents depended on universities and other factors,especially enterprises,which can support universities from many aspects,such as construction of specialty,teacher training,practical training,capital equipment and so on.So it should pay more attention to the role of enterprises in the cultivation of applied talents.
