摘　　要：从高等教育人才培养的基本规律和基本要求出发,针对社会对人才需求的可变性、时代性和应用性特点,结合多年的教学管理经验,提出了资源环境与城乡规划管理"T"型人才培养模式的基本框架和主要思路,围绕厚基础、宽口径、强能力和广适应的目标,对培养方式进行了探讨,为进一步提高该专业人才培养质量提供参考。From basic rules and basic requirement of the higher education talent training,according to the timeliness,applicability and variability in the need of society,based on the author＇s experience of teaching management for many years.Proposed basic frame and main ideas for the ＂T＂ type talent cultivation mode in the major of resource environment and urban planning management.Around to adapt the target of thick foundation,broad caliber and strong ability,this paper discussed the cultivate mode,so as to further enhance the professional quality of talent training provides reference.
