摘  要:目的:观察引导骨再生术在牙槽骨严重缺损患者修复位点保存中的临床应用效果。方法:患者外伤导致上颌牙槽骨粉碎性骨折且牙齿折断无法保留,估计骨质缺损量大,高度、丰满度不佳不能行满意修复患者18例,在一期手术同时植入Bio-OSS骨粉并覆盖Bio-Gide膜,术后10日拆线,1个月、3个月、6个月复诊。结果:所有患者无不良症状和体征,X线片显示,术后3个月Bio-OSS复合人工骨植入区有新生骨形成;术后6个月植入区内人工骨与骨组织融为一体,骨缺损已基本修复,明显改善了牙槽骨高度与丰满度。结论:GBR技术是理想的骨增量技术,能有效地改善修复前的骨条件。Objective:To observe the clinical application of GBR(guided bone regeneration) technique in prosthetic sites preservation in patients with severe alveolar defect.Methods:18 patients with severe maxillary fractures and un-savable teeth resulted from trauma were included.Bone defects were very serious and the residual height and width of the alveolar bone were very limited.Bio-OSS was placed in the areas of bone defects during the one-stage operation and was covered with Bio-guide membrane.Suture was removed 10 days post surgery,and the alveolar bone was regularly examined at the 1st,3rd and 6th month.Results: All patients had no adverse symptoms and physical signs.X-ray findings suggested new bone formation in the Bio-OSS implanted area in the 3rd month,after 6 months the artificial bone and the bone around integrated,bone defects were mostly repaired and the height and width of the alveolar bone were significantly increased.Conclusions: GBR technique is an ideal method for bone augmentation and can effectively improve the bone condition before prosthetics.
