摘 要:运用统计软件UC INET6.0和SPSS16.0,探索了新员工的关系网嵌入属性对组织适应的影响。研究发现:信息网嵌入的密度和强度与组织知识的习得负相关,对任务掌握和角色澄清却有显著的正向影响,就组织知识的习得而言,同时也被发现与信息网嵌入的规模和网络距存有正向关联;高密度、强联结的友谊网嵌入显著预测了新员工的社会性整合,该网络嵌入的范围和位势也被证实与新员工的组织承诺存有正向联系。Using statistic software UCINET6.0, SPSS16.0, the study explores the effect of network embedding of the new staff upon their organizational adjustment. The study indicates : the density and intensity of the information network embedding are negatively correlated with their obtaining of the knowledge of organization but can promote task master and role clarification. Meanwhile, learning the knowledge of the organization is also positively correlated with the scope and range of the information network embedding. The density and intensity of friendship network embedding can obviously predict newcomer's social integration, and the range and status of the network embedding can also promote newcomer's organizational commitment.
