摘　　要：按企业系统的构成把企业抽象成一个满意度系统,建立企业评价指标体系,并运用管理熵、管理耗散结构理论建立了一种新的企业综合集成评价模型及评价方法。The systemic construct of a corporation is abstracted into a system of satisfaction and evaluation index is established in this paper.Thereafter,it puts forwards a new model and method of meta-synthesis evaluation to evaluate integrated performance of a corporation using management entropy and dissipative structure theory of management.
