摘　　要：针对社会对创新人才的需求,将TRIZ理论引入人才培养模式中,构建了基于TRIZ理论的由教学培训平台、创新实践平台和知识产品平台组成的创新人才培养平台。面向师生和企业技术人员,推行以TRIZ理论为主的创新理论和创新方法教学,构建校内外实践平台,引导高校师生和企业人员参与创新、实践创新。培养了掌握创新方法、具有创新精神和创新能力的人才。According to the demand of society for creative talents. TRIZ theory is introduced into the Creative Talent＇s Training Pattern, It consists of training platform, innovative practice platform and knowledge of product platform. The Pattern is to implement the TRIZ theory of innovation theory ,innovation of teaching method and to built inside and outside the school practice platformfor teachers and students and staff. It＇ s to guide the university students and staff participate in innovation, practice innovation and to train creative talent of grasping the innovative method, innovation spirit and innovation ability.
