摘　　要：将脆弱性归结为内生与外生因素的综合作用,从环境、结构、行为、绩效等角度提出基于E-SCP范式的资源型企业群落脆弱性分析框架,构建了脆弱性综合性影响模型。根据环境、结构、行为、绩效内在的逻辑关系构建了ANP网络图,确定了脆弱性评价的权重,并选择28个煤炭、石油等行业的资源型企业群落作为研究样本,对资源型企业群落脆弱性评价模型作了应用研究,并将群落分成四类,提出了相应的脆弱性治理模式。The paper attributs the vulnerability to exogenous factors and endogenous factors.From multiple aspects of environment,structure,conduct and performance,it proposes the analysis framework of the vulnerability of resource-based enterprise communities based on the E-SCP paradigm and determines the weight of vulnerability.It chooses 28 resource-based enterprise communities from the coal,oil industry as research samples,makes an empirical research on the vulnerability assessment of resource-based enterprise communities,divides communities into four categories,and proposes the corresponding control mode.
