摘　　要：目的:综述天然生物抗菌剂的研究进展。方法:结合国内外相关文献进行综合分析。结果:研究表明,天然抗菌剂主要有植物源、动物源、微生物源等抗菌剂,通过多种机制达到抑菌作用。结论:天然抗菌剂具有来源种类多,作用机制广等特点,具有良好的开发应用前景。Objective： The research progress of natural bio - antibacterial agents was summarized. Methods： Comprehensively analyses were done according to the related literature both at home and abroad. Results： The study showed that naturally antibacterial agents mainly including plant, animal, microbial source and other antibacterial agents, functioned as bacteriostatic agents through various mechanisms. Conclusion： We conclude that naturally antibacterial agents possess these prosperities which are numerous sources and types, as well as extensive mechanisms, hence, they are promising in their application and development.
