过敏性结膜炎与干眼症相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨过敏性结膜炎的泪膜功能,并分析其与干眼症发生的相关性。方法:取临床诊断为过敏性结膜炎的35例患者作观察,分别做基础泪液分泌试验(schirmer Itest)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素(FL)染色检查。结果:过敏性结膜炎常合并干眼症的相关症状:干涩感20例(57%),伴眼疲劳15例(42%),伴异物感12例(34%),伴烧灼感10例(29%)。结论:过敏性结膜炎泪膜功能发生改变,是干眼症的易患人群。discuss the functions of allergic conjunctivitis~ tear membrane and nalyze it＇ s relevance which occurs with xeroph- thalmia. ： Take the clinical diagnosis to make the observation for the allergic conjunctivitis~ 35 examples and make the dyeing inspec- tion of sch inner Itest , BUT and FL separately, result： the related symptoms that the allergic conjunctivitis often merges xerophthalmia： the astringent feeling ： 20 examples （ 57% ）, the tired feeling in eyes ： 15 examples （ 42% ）, the feeling with foreign maters ： 12examples （ 34% ）, the feeling of burning sensation： 10examples （ 29% ）. Conclusion： If the functions of allergic conjunctivitis tear membrane have changed, the people will catch Xerophthalmia easily
