摘　　要：目的探讨醋酸曲安奈德局部注射治疗慢性唇炎的临床治疗效果。方法采用醋酸曲安奈德局部注射治疗慢性唇炎病损。在病损基底部肌肉缓慢注射0.5ml。一次未愈者,间隔1周重复给药,3～5次为1疗程,每次0.5ml,总量不超过3ml。结果 24例患者,经3个月～3年随访,治愈率70.83%,总有效率83.33%。结论醋酸曲氨奈德局部注射治疗慢性唇炎疗效可靠,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of local injection of triamcinolone acetonaide acetate in chronic cheilitis.Methods Local injection of triamcinolone acetonaide acetate was used to treat chronic cheilitis in adults.If it was not cured,the treatment was given once again in one week.Results Followed up for three months to three years,the healing rate was 70.83% and the total effective rate was 83.33%.Conclusion Local injection of triamcinolone acetonaide acetate for chronic cheilitis is reliable and with small side effects.
