摘　　要：基于知识溢出的视角,对高技术企业自主创新能力的提升途径进行了探索性研究;在理论研究的基础上,分析了知识溢出对创新能力的提升效应,进一步提出了提高高技术企业自主创新能力的四种途径。The paper makes an exploratory research on the approaches to improve capacity of independent innovation for high-tech enterprises from the perspective of knowledge spillover.On the basis of theory,it analyzes the promotion effect of knowledge spillover on innovation ability and further proposes four approaches to improve the capacity of independent innovation of high-tech enterprises
