摘　　要：从过程/能力视角提出IT吸纳能力的概念,剖析IT吸纳能力的维度结构,深入分析各维度的影响因素及其作用机理并提出14个假设,利用问卷调研数据对其进行了检验,结果表明全部假设都得到验证。揭示出IT吸纳能力的三个维度各自受到哪些因素的影响,在一定程度上解释了造成企业IT吸纳能力差异的原因。From the perspective of process / capability, the study proposes the concept of information technology （IT） absorptive capacity and explores its multi-dimensional structure. Then it suggests the factors influencing each dimension and analyzes their action mechanism. Fourteen hypotheses are proposed and tested using the data from questionnaire. The results indicate that all hypotheses are validated. The study reveals which kind of factors wottld influence each dimension of IT absorptive capacity, which explains the reasons why IT absorptive capacity of firms differ with each other o some extent.
