摘　　要：为探讨落实责任制整体护理模式的有效方式,系统回顾责任制护理、系统化整体护理、责任制整体护理的历史沿革,分析责任制整体护理实施现状中在生活护理定位、责任制整体护理排班、效果及其评价方面存在的误区,并提出对应的解决策略。It probed into the effective ways for carrying out the responsibility overall nursing model, reviewed the history of responsibility care, systematic holistic nursing and responsibility overall nursing,and analyzed five mistakes existed in the positioning, scheduling, effect and evaluation of responsibility overall nursing in the implementing status quo, and put forward the corresponding solving strategies.
