大学生创业能力开发与培养的路径探析

摘　　要：大学生创业能力开发是建设创新创业型国家的关键。针对我国大学生创业能力的现状、大学生创业能力开发存在的问题,并结合我国高校实际情况,可以探析出我国大学生创业能力开发与培养的有效路径:创新能力的塑造是创业能力开发与培养的根本性因素;创业意愿的提升是创业能力开发与培养的激励性因素;创业教育体系的构建是创业能力开发与培养的保障性因素;创业环境的优化是创业能力开发与培养的基础性因素。The development of college students＇ entrepreneurship is of great importance to production of innovative talents. Considering the status of Chinese college students＇ entrepreneurship, the existing problems with its development and the current situation of China＇s universities, the author explores the ways to develop and cultivate the students＇ entrepreneurship and points out that in development and cultivation of their entrepreneurship, cultivation of the ability to make innovations is the essential factor, enhancement of the entrepreneurial will is the incentive factor, establishment of an entrepreneurship education system is the protective factor, and optimization of the entrepreneurial environment is the fundamental factor.
