摘　　要：马克思的学风观是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分,也是我们进行理论学习和研究的思想指南。马克思的学风观内容丰富,主要包括:科学研究要树立"为人类服务"的崇高目标;必须坚持与实际斗争相结合的方法;科学研究绝无"捷径"和"坦途",必须坚持严谨认真的科学态度;必须"根绝一切犹豫"和"怯懦",具有坚韧不拨的毅力;坚持批判、继承与创新紧密结合的原则。Outlook of Style of Marx is the important part of the Marxism theory and it is our ideas guide of theoretical study and research.Its content is rich, which includes： establishing the scientific research lofty goals of ＂service of humanity＂; the method of combining the actual struggle; scientific research is never easy without any ＂shortcut＂ and must adhere to rigorous scientific attitude; exterminating all the hesitation and cowardice with perseverance and determination; adhering to the principle of the criticism, inheritance and innovation of close integration.
