摘　　要：分析了当前国外公司制定的生产守则、政府组织制定的社会责任评价体系、非政府组织或研究机构制定的社会责任评价体系等三类企业社会责任评价标准的优势和不足,以卡罗尔金字塔模型为基础,建立了比较科学的企业社会责任评价模型,并就如何实施企业社会责任的评价提出了若干建议。This article analyzes strengths and weaknesses of evaluation standard of CSR that the current overseas business drafted codes of conduct, the government organizations and non-governmental organizations ＆ research institutions formulated the evaluation system of CSR. Based on Carol pyramid model, author sets up a more scientific evaluation model of CSR and how to implement the evaluation of a number of recommendations.
