摘　　要：由于语言、宗教、历史和社会文化等方面原因,翻译存在一定的不可译性,汉、藏语传统翻译思想中也都有不少有关不可译现象的论述。文章立足不可译的内涵界定与原因探析,梳理了汉藏文化中不可译思想的历史脉络,并对两者间的异同从文化差异、产生机制、实施场所、系统性等方面进行了比较分析。The difference of languages, religions, histories, social cultures and so on causes untranslatability in the translation of two languages. There are some discussions of untranslatability in both traditional Chinese and Tibetan translation theories. Based on the definition and causes of untranslatability, the article reviews the history of the translation theory of untranslatability in both Chinese and Tibetan cultures. Moreover,a comparison has been made between Chinese versus Tibetan translation on their views of untranslatability.
