摘  要:以断奶前仔猪(14 d)新鲜粪样为接种物,果寡糖(FOS)为底物,体外研究FOS对断奶前仔猪肠道微生物产气量、产乳酸菌和大肠杆菌数量、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)和乳酸浓度及pH值的影响。结果表明:FOS组总产气量、产乳酸菌数量、总挥发性脂肪酸(tVFA)浓度及乳酸浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丁酸占tVFA比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乙酸占tVFA比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05),FOS组大肠杆菌数量和发酵液pH值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。提示:FOS可能通过促进断奶前仔猪粪样中乳酸菌增殖,促进VFA和乳酸产生,特别是丁酸产生,降低pH值而改善仔猪肠道健康,发挥潜在益生作用。An in vitro fermentation by using fructo-oligosaccharides(FOS)as substrate and feces of unweaned piglets on 14 d as inoculum was carried out to investigate effects of FOS on gas production,the number of lactic acid bacteria(LAB)and Escherichia coli,the concentration of volatile fatty acids(VFA)and lactic acid,and the value of pH.The results showed that FOS significantly increased total gas production,the number of LAB,the concentration of total VFA(tVFA)and lactic acid compared with the control group.The proportion of butyrate in tVFA from FOS group was significantly higher than that from the control group,while the proportion of acetic acid in FOS group was significantly lower than that in the control group.A significant reduction of the number of E.coli and pH value were observed in FOS group.In conclusion,FOS could have beneficial effects on the enteric health of piglets in the weaning transition by manipulating microbial fermentation with increasing number of lactic acid bacteria,production of VFA and lactic acid(particularly butyrate)and decreasing pH.
