摘　　要：间隙连接蛋白是与细胞新陈代谢、增殖、分化等生理过程密切相关的一种膜蛋白，在肺中表达丰富。近年来研究发现间隙连接蛋白参与肺纤维化、肺损伤、肺肿瘤等多种肺疾病的病理生理过程。该文对间隙连接蛋白分子特点、生物学功能、在肺中的分布及其与肺疾病的关系进行综述。As a cell membrane protein of human body, connexins are closely related to the cell metabolism, proliferation and differentiation, which are highly expressed in lung. Recent studies have shown that connexins play an important role in the lung diseases, such as pulmonary fibrosis, lung injury, lung tumors and so on. This review is to summarize the characteristics of connexins molecules, biological function, the distribution in the lung tissues, as well as the possible regulation mechanisms in the lung diseases.
