摘 要:目的:探讨护理专业学生社交焦虑的影响因素,为该群体的心理健康教育与心理干预提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,运用社交焦虑量表(IAS)等量表对1284名护理专业学生进行心理测评。结果:高社交焦虑组、中间组与低社交焦虑组,在人格特征、自我效能、应对方式和社会支持的不同维度上存在显著性差异;社交焦虑与神经质和消极应对呈正相关,与内外向、积极应对、自我效能、主观支持和支持利用度呈负相关。结论:应根据社交焦虑的影响因素,开展针对性的心理健康教育及预防性干预。Objective: To make out the influencing factors of social anxiety among nursing students, providing basis for prevention and intervention. Methods: According to the layering grouping sample method, 1284 nursing students were surveyed with Interaction Anxiousness Scale (IAS) and other scales. Results: There was significant difference in various dimensions of personality traits, self-efficacy, coping style and so- cial support among high social anxiety group, middle group and the low social anxiety group. Social anxiety was positively correlated with nervousness and negative coping, and was negatively correlated with introversion, positive coping, self-efficacy, subjective support and support utilization. Conclusion: To the social anxiety prevention and intervention should be given based on the influencing factors.
