摘 要:比较影像学是根据对照比较的指导思想和方法去研究和探索各种成像技术的要素和基本原理,分析其在疾病诊断中的作用和限度,评价各种成像技术的优劣,并确定某种组织和器官和(或)某种疾病的最佳影像检查方案,期望以最小的合理花费,达到准确、快速诊治疾病。而影像诊断学教学的目的在于让医学生了解各种影像检查方法的原理,掌握常见疾病的影像学表现以及在临床工作中如何正确选择影像学检查方法,因此就有必要将比较影像学的理念引入影像诊断学教学中。Comparative imageology is to compare the images according to its guiding ideology and method to research and explore various imaging techniques and the basic principle of elements, and to analyze their role and limits in the diagnosis of disease, evaluate advantage and disadvantage of various imaging techniques, and determine the best imaging technology with rational expectations of minimum cost for certain dis eases in certain tissues and (or) organs and for rapid and accurate diagnosis and treatment. One purpose of comparative imageology is for more accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases, the other purpose is for more reasonable selection of imaging methods. And imaging diagnosis teaching purpose is to let students understand all kinds of medical imaging method, the principle of common diseases, and imaging findings of clinical work on how to choose the right exam method, thus it is necessary to introduce the concepts of comparative imageology to the imaging diagnosis teaching.
