摘  要:针对在高压水射流切割过程中可视性差,喷头极易与切割件产生硬性接触,造成损坏之问题。文中将金属探测器应用在高压水射流设备上,通过对金属探测器进行理论研究,使用等效阻抗法对金属探测器原理进行分析,选择适当的金属探测器调整参数后进行实验,最后检验了金属探测器安装在高压水射流切割设备并进行金属物件实际切割的效果,能够做到超前预警,从而保护了喷嘴,提高了作业效率。Because the visibility is poor in the process of the high-pressure water jet cutting ,the nozzle could easily contact hardly with the cutting parts, causing damage. In this paper, the metal detector is used in high-pressure water jet equipment. By the theoretical studies of metal detectors, equivalent impedance method is used to analyze the principles of metal detectors, then to select the appropriate metal detector and to adjust parameters of the experiment, finally to inspect the actual operating results of the metal detector which is installed in the high-pressure water jet cutting equipment to cut metal objects. This device could be ahead of early warning to protect the nozzle and increase operational efficiency.
