摘　　要：国家的根本问题是人才问题,即如何教育、选拔、使用人的问题。更深层的问题在于如何看待人和对待人。那种认为"今日中国为何出不了大师"是伪命题的看法是站不住脚的。大师最根本的特点是具有自由之思想、独立之人格。除了个人主观努力外,还需要具备大师成长的生态环境,而这一点却是我们必须认真反思的问题。今日中国是今日大师健康生存、成长的基本土壤,如何看待今日中国的国情蕴涵着这一问题解决的理论前提。Country＇s fundamental problem is that talent,that is,how education,selection,use the people＇s problems.Deeper problem is how to treat and deal with people.The idea that ＂out today why China can not master＂is a pseudo-proposition view is untenable.Master the most fundamental feature is a freedom of thought,independent of personality.In addition to individual subjective effort,but also need to have the master growth environment,and this is the problem we must seriously reflect on.Today China is the master of healthy living today,the growth of the basic soil,how to treat the situation in China today,this implies the theoretical premise of problem solving.
