摘  要:西方职业指导教育在人本主义心理学影响下,最早以人的差异性为基础,提出认识自我、认识职业、人职匹配的主张,使人成为职业指导的重心。随后在生涯发展思想影响下,职业指导发展为一个连续的贯穿整个生涯的过程。借鉴吸收西方职业指导教育中的人本思想,促进我国职业指导教育能够始终以人的完善为目的,推动职业指导教育发展,并重构指导关系,确立互动的良性机制,最终推动人的可持续发展。Influenced by humanistic psychology and based on the differences of people at the beginning, the vocational guidance education in western countries proclaimed the ideology of self-awareness, vocation awareness and people-post matching which makes people become the focus of vocational guidance. Then with the influence of career development ideology, the vocational guidance has developed into a consistent part throughout the whole career process. In view of the humanism of the vocational guidance education in western countries, the vocational guidance education in China should be consistently aimed at the perfection of people. It also should aim at developing the vocational guidance education, rebuilding the guidance relationship, establishing a good interactive mechanism, and impelling the sustainable development of people.
