吉林省延吉市乳腺癌筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解吉林省延吉市妇女乳腺癌发病情况,探讨乳腺癌危险因素。方法:对吉林省延吉市35～69岁10 224人常住妇女进行乳腺癌筛查。采用临床手诊查体为初筛,异常者建议乳腺B超和乳腺钼靶X线摄片,钼靶X线检查阳性和超声检查阳性和可疑者进行活组织病理检查及诊断。结果:筛查目标人群平均年龄46.86岁,平均结婚年龄为27.21岁,已婚占89.0%。病理诊断确诊乳腺癌13例,阳性检出率为127.15/105,高于同期全国阳性检出率60.91/105(P<0.05)。筛查人群中不仅乳腺癌高发,而且其他乳腺疾病包括良性肿瘤和非肿瘤良性病变均高发。数据显示朝汉民族乳腺良性疾病的发病率并无差异。延吉市汉族受检人群乳腺癌发病率高达172.36/105,其中朝族者为54.54/105,与全国平均水平相近。结论:吉林省延吉市乳腺疾病包括乳腺癌、乳腺良性肿瘤、非肿瘤良性病变均高发,乳腺良性疾病发病率与目标人群中朝族和汉族人口比例无关,但当地汉族人群乳腺癌发病率明显高于全国平均水平。有必要对延边地区进行乳腺癌及其危险因素的深入流行病学调查。Objective：To investigate the incidence status of breast cancer in Yanji city and to study its risk factors.Methods：The breast cancer screening was down in 10 224 individual women aged 35 to 69 in Yanji city.Clinic palpation was adopted by preliminary screening.Mammography and colour ultrasonic were applied with abnormities.The People that mammography and color ultrasonic were positive and suspicious were applied with pathology examination and diagnosis.Results：The average age of the screening target population was 46.86.The average married age was 27.21.The married ratio was 89.0%.13 breast cancer patients were diagnosed with positive rates of 127.15/105,it was higher than the nation-wide positive rates（60.91/105） in the same term（P0.05）.The incidence of breast cancer was high in target population,the incidences of other breast benign diseases,including benign tumors,were also high.The incidences of breast benign diseases had no difference between Chao population and Han population.The incidence of breast cancer was up to 172.36/105 in Han population and 54.54/105 in Chao population,which closed to the national average level.Conclusion：The incidence of breast diseases including breast cancer and benign tumors and other benign breast diseases are high in Yanji city,which is independent of the ratio of Chao population and Han population.The incidence of breast cancer in Han population in Yanbian area is significantly higher than the national average.
