后牙缺失垂直间隙过小的修复前正畸治疗研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对于后牙缺失时间长,对颌牙伸长,垂直间隙过小病例的前期正畸治疗。方法对2004—2007年于西北民族大学医学院口腔科就诊的后牙缺失伴垂直间隙过小的修复患者8例,先采用正畸治疗方法压低伸长的对颌牙,调整咬合关系,恢复正常颌间距离,待时机成熟再做修复治疗。结果8例后牙间隙过小患者均得到了有效治疗,达到良好的咬合关系,治疗效果满意。结论对后牙间隙过小的病例,先通过正畸治疗压低伸长的对颌牙,再行修复治疗,能够取得满意的临床效果。Objective To explore an effective approach to orthodontic treatment for patients with too small occlusal space caused by long period of posterior tooth loss and overeruption of the opposed tooth.Methods Eight cases were treated with orthodontic method to intrude the opposed overeruption tooth,adjust the occlusal relations and restore nor-mal occlusal distance.After accomplishment of these processes,they were delt with by prosthetic treatment.Results All cases were cured effectively by orthodontically increasing the occlusal space,correcting the malocclusal relation.As a re-sult,all cases achieved satisfactory therapic results.Conclusion The combination of orthodontics with prosthodontics can be applied successfully to cases with too small posterior tooth space after posterior tooth loss.
