前牙重度深覆盖非对称拔牙矫治16例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前牙重度深覆盖患者的非对称拔牙矫治效果。方法对2004—2006年到中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科就诊的前牙重度深覆盖并伴有不同程度的下颌后缩患者16例,拔除上颌两侧第一双尖牙及一个下中切牙,采用直丝弓矫治技术,通过治疗前后的对比和对治疗过程的回顾进行分析和总结。结果病例矫治时间为18～30个月,所有病例治疗结束后拔牙间隙均全部关闭,前牙覆覆盖正常,后牙咬合关系良好,侧貌协调,面部美观。结论在正畸临床中应灵活采用减数设计方案,制定个体化的矫治目标和计划,同时在治疗过程中注重相应的矫治技巧和方法,良好的矫治效果是可以获得的。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of unsymmetrical extraction treatment of patients with severe deep overjet.Methods All patients were extracted maxillary first premolars and one mandibular central incisor and treated with straights wise appliance.At last we carried on the analysis and the summary through the contrast around the treatment and the review to the total treatment process.Results Total treatment time was 1.5 to 2.5 years.All extraction space was closed after the treatment.All patients achieved satisfactory treatment results,good occlusal relationship and soft tissue profile.Conclusion If we can pay attention to the treatment skill and process,flexibly choose the extraction method and make the private treatment objective,good results will be achieved.
