320名医务人员工作压力及其生理健康自我评定的调查与分析

摘　　要：采用自编的工作压力量表和生理健康自测评定量表对浙江省不同医院的320名医务人员进行测量。考察医务人员工作压力结构状况,了解它与生理健康自评的关系。结果表明:医务人员工作压力可以概括为7个主成分因素(解释率69.231%),工作本身的强度特征是最主要影响因素(解释率24.878%);总压力与生理健康自评的开放式自评、封闭式自评有着显著的正相关;医务人员工作压力水平越高,生理健康状况自评越差;医务人员的工作压力管理存在着一定的问题。We measured 320 medical staffs from different hospitals in Zhejiang province by the job stress and self- assessment of physiological state of health.We analyzed factor structure of the job stress about medical staff.We found out the relation between the job stress with self - assessment of physiological health.Our findings indicate that the job stress of medical staff is consisted of seven factors(R2 = 69.231%).Among them,the strength characteristics of the medical work is the most important factor(R2 = 24,878%).The total stress has positive correlations with all domains in self-assessment of health.The higher the job stress level,the worse the self-assessment of physiological health.The medical staffs have problems managing job stress.
