摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德漱口液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的近期疗效。方法将2005年9月至2007年3月在湖南省马王堆医院口腔科就诊的120例RAU病例随机分为2组,治疗组用曲安奈德漱口液治疗,对照组用口泰漱口液治疗,对其疗效进行了评价。结果治疗组和对照组的溃疡持续时间和疼痛指数及疗效的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德漱口液治疗RAU,近期疗效确切。Objective To study the short-term effect of triamcinolone acetonide gargle in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were divided into two groups randomly.The testg roup was treated with triamcinolone acetonide gargle;the control group was treated with Koutai gargle.Then the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the test results.Results The difference of the ulcer duration and pain index between the test group and the control was statistically significant.Conclusion The Short-term effect of triamcinolonea cetonide gargle in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer is better than that of Koutai gargle,so triamcinolone acetonideg argle can be used as an effective drug to treat RAU.
